This logo was designed for my friend’s DJ alias, drawing inspiration from medieval trials known as ordeals. The concept plays off the intensity and drama of those ancient tests, while only implying all of the gore. The final mark features brushed and splattered strokes and unfinished edges, alluding to spires of gothic churches. This project was a fun blend of historical reference and the energy of battle, creating a distinct mark rooted in narrative.
